Update from Bob

Update from BobCanadian Airline are loading data, no customization to be done. Their web site will be written to our API by either their in house IT ,or we may have a company called SEEM in Montreal do it, [Same company that did www.hewllocanada.com and that will do Ali Tours] [The Airlines Tour department] will get allocated air rates from airline department, and will load those airfares into TourTek...so the answer is yes, it will be possible to book package of land /air /car rentals etc from the webiste [Front Ending TT/SB]. The status is that we (for once) are ahead of them, we could have them online anytime. Their busy season has slowed them down slightly in completing TourTek [Data loading and web front ending]. Bob I am going to regret saying this, but No customisation means this was, dare I say it, a 'low hanging fruit'!!! Encouraging that TT/SB is now at a state where components can be assembled off the shelf for customers. We used to be told this would be the case in fuure, looks like it finally is. Ultimate proof for the doubters among us will be when Airline goes live, but I have to say I find Bob's updates informative and reliable on current stuff like this. jmo Idle PS, thanks for the update Bob, hope I didn't do you too much of injustice with my paraphrasing.
