It is indeed a funny bit of history. Since all this there was a reverse split and symbol change followed by a bunch of financing and it is now a company with a current market cap of just over a billion. The beginnings of its history as a public company are not very elegant but IMO it is pretty irrelevant to bring those up at this point. Using a shell is a means to an end here; whenever you see one of these shells moving on it looks clumsy.
