Brensocatib is a small molecule, oral, reversible inhibitor of dipeptidyl peptidase 1 (DPP1), which is developing for the treatment of patients with bronchiectasis and other neutrophil-mediated diseases, including chronic rhinosinusitis without nasal polyps (CRSsNP). On Tobin Smith

On Tobin SmithI am not that impressed with Tobin Smith. He can identify a market, but doesn't seem to call the company. He keeps flogging an Israeli Wi-max company. What he doesn't seem to know is that this company is not the only Wimax manufacturer, and doesn't even have that much potential in that space. Big buyers of equipment (telcos) will court these small companies, do trials etc. When it comes to purchasing, they go back to their tried and true channels. As for Insmed, he hasn't said anything about them since his recommendation at $3.
