RE: curious about the 2:1 consolidationYes, $1.60 is today's price. But the new Novicourt will have $36M in cash and working capital, or about $1.80 per new share. Does that mean that todays price offers the "enterprise" at no charge. Geez ! just think what would happen if they hit sometning ! lol
