Bought more I cleaned up the offer at .145 this am. Way I figure it with everybody getting so antsy it must be getting time for a news release. Always possible Win is delaying for whatever reason, maybe their impending IPO. I think CPV's interest in the jv's land position is worth more than .14/ share so I'm calling anything under .15 as sure money. Good luck all.
