RE: Pritz,

RE: Pritz,As it appears that the merger will go through, I will ask this: Will I be holding half the shares tomorrow at 2X the price? How fast do these things take effect? I don't have any idea, never gone through something like this. I would suspect the day the ticker changes either that day or the next our shares should be reversed split. Also, RE the 2 million warrants discussion - is it your theory that once these expire that CPT should go up? I do not have much of the info in front of me, but are they at 70 cents?? Thus this price range so that they are not exercised?? Yes there are 2.5 million warrants at .70 cents, I really do believe once they expire CPT will start to move. As far as keeping the price down, it's just my theory but Cannacord seems to be always coming up on the sell side though the last couple of days we seem to be creeping out of the high 60's and into the low 70's. My question begs though, if this was such a sure thing (as I have bet my $ that it is), then why would all other perspective buyers not be buying like mad driving the price up uncontrollably? How can CPT "slow down" the interest enough to keep us at this level - and thus make the warrants expire?? I'm not sure of your investment knowledge but people weren't about to run this thing up to $1.00 before the merge if that's what you thought. I think your expectations might have been to high after the announcement. As I've mentioned previously going the .80 cent range and now consolidating in the .70 range that's up around 35% from the 50's. CPT will get evaluated differently after the merge or after we start selling some of those SEGB shares and it reflects on our financials. Companies get evaluated on revenue growth, profitablitly etc. CPT has yet to show us that. What you're forgetting imo is that we have no idea how the market will react to the merge and that is the key factor in all of this. What is the share price of SEGB going to be after the merge? You and I may have an idea, $5.00 or $10.00 or higher we hope but what if after the merge it's trading at $1.00? What if Sun Media goes bankrupt, what if they got audited and their books were tampered with? I mean I know it's not going to happen but I'm just saying nothing is certain and if SEGB is trading at a $1.00 after the merge what is the interest to buy into CPT? You just don't know these things yet, people that wanted in have done so, others will wait to see how things progress then enter. They may pay a higher price but then their investment decision is a more safer one instead of buying on speculation. We'll all get our answers one way or another in the month of April. The only thing that is certain in the market is that nothing is certain...no such thing as "a sure thing". As far as investor awareness and James Neil, I think up until now there hasn't been anything exciting to talk about, that will change after the merge and hopefully with CIBT. I can't wait until next week! cheers
