Is it good or bad?

Is it good or bad?If, as someone reported, PSH or McFuel is in negotiations on leases for 31,000 acres, then everything PSH has done over the past six months makes perfect sence. The final cost of the lease will be dtermined by how much the owner thinks the potential of the land is worth. If they look at the present known potential of wells already drilled, it would appear that the potential might not be very much. Being able to obtain additional leases at a low cost will ultimately determine if PSH remians a penny stock or becomes a mojor player. As far as assuming that the major stocholders in PSH have all jumped ship, is not supported by the total number of transaction that have occurred over the past six months. When we start to see several million shares being traded on a daily basis then we can assume that some major stockholders are making moves.
