See Today's NR......

See Today's NR......The key sentence in this NR, relates to the US District Court's decision, on Rock Creek, quote here from the NR: "However, the Court concluded that the USFWS "was not sure what the effects of the displacement would be." The Court remanded the Opinion back to the USFWS to reanalyze its non-jeopardy findings. " Translation(my view only): Either the USFWS is going to have to appeal this ruling, or initiate a new study, either case will most likely result in considerable delays, hence the reason for the stockprice drop today, and I suspect, next week as well. With Troy a potential 'marginal' performer for short term only, and Rock Creek delayed for an unknown amount of time now, this stock is not a very attractive acquisition presently, certainly not at current prices. All jmvho naturally. Their only hope for any success in the next few years will be if the prices of their commodities remain at current levels or increase from here(a possibility for sure, but given the volatile nature of these prices, no guarantee), and that Troy can be mined for more than a year or two.
