RE: CommentYou are correct.
All IR are accountable for what they say, but IMO they are more likely to say things that are what you want to hear and could be promoting the stock. You can't use a blanked approach, it always depends on the company and it is best if you know the people personally, especially in a small company.
IR is hired to be a voice for the company to the public so the directors and executives don't have to.
I do have a right to prefer getting information from a director if possible, but I also know a director is not bound to tell me anything. I have had some not so happy experiences with IR people in the past. That is why I prefer to talk to a director, or better yet, the president of a small company. I am not referring to EV's IR, I have not talked to them, since I could not reach them.
When dealing with a large company, I'm sure you know that you never hear back, can't talk to any of the people you want to talk to, they never call you back. You need to ask at the AGM.
Posting here seems really a waste of time, it doesn't mean much. I might just as well send a message into cyberspace. People here seem almost paranoid and very sensitive to anything that might look slightly negative. Why? I was only asking questions and giving my opinion, and not a negative one at that.
I do not like to see todays bid and ask below the SP. Let's see this stock go way up!
I am hoping this story will unfold soon and the best of luck to all here.
