Oncolytics Biotech Inc T.ONC

Alternate Symbol(s):  ONCY

Oncolytics Biotech Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company. The Company is focused on developing pelareorep, an intravenously delivered immunotherapeutic agent that activates the innate and adaptive immune systems and weakens tumor defense mechanisms. This compound induces anti-cancer immune responses and promotes an inflamed tumor phenotype turning cold tumors hot through innate and adaptive immune responses to treat a variety of cancers. This improves the ability of the immune system to fight cancer, making tumors more susceptible to a broad range of oncology treatments. The Company’s primary focus is to advance its programs in hormone receptor-positive / human epidermal growth factor 2- negative (HR+/HER2-) metastatic breast cancer and advanced/metastatic pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma to registration-enabling clinical studies. In addition, it is exploring opportunities for registrational programs in other gastrointestinal cancers through its GOBLET platform study.

RE: New Yahoo Private CULT Board

RE: New Yahoo Private CULT Boardno offense taken and i appreciate the vote of confidence. unfortunately it is becoming easier every AGM to come up with more and more direct & pointed questions about & for management. questions about their continuing association as scientific advisors with a dubious over the counter puclic company called organetix (& related ammacorp), despite the fac that they have been identified as "key people" to organetix by their CEO in a public interview. questions about their very dubious relationship with BIOEYE/confucus and her multitude of aliases on stockhouse. it is obvious from her & posts & those by other aliases that several aliases were aware of pending news and in some cases new details (corporate "partner" a week before pfizer deal was announced). she quoted them on numerous occasions and certainly gave the distinct impression of considerable and immediate "inside" access to them. questions about confucus's identity and any relationship s/he had with the company, specifically Matt Coffey (and also Dr. Strong.) explanation of why the FDA clearance took 3 years and why there was no update. question as to whether the 3 year old glio trial is still in ph I or ph II. why did they deal with cannacord & a hedge fund in their last finacing instead of a more reputable and recognizable US brokerage & mellon? will the next financing be done by cannacord & a hedge fund or with mellon? can they reconcile amaranth's oncy holdings of shares & warrants - it appears shortly after closing the pp, amaranth's SEC filings suggested they had already sold shares. (their reported knowledge of a NY short by BIOEYE suggests they know more than they sometimes lead on) does Thompson have any concern about how mellon perceives the potential for amaranth to manipulate the stock, and is he at all concerned they may decide to go the way of pfizer, ontario teachers pension fund, dean curtis, etc. what does Thompson think of a person who has knowledge and likely financial resources, yet uses them to post on stock message boards thereby taking advantage of those less knowledgeable and therefore most vulnerable? etc., etc. i think there are enough people with similar views that even if all of us can't be there, our collective voice will get the "ear" of management and at least be heard loud & clear for a change. whether management decides to or is capable of acting and improving things, will unfortunately, imo remain to be seen.
