RE: Folks (cal badger) can't we just get along?Man, you need to learn the laws of the land. 300k increase in working capital is based on a calculation I performed. It is an estimate and a projection, perfectly legal. As for my assessment of Petrofield's labout situation, also an opinion; thus also legal. As for your claims, maybe others on this board can help clarify to Cal123 the difference. Here are some of Cal123's earlier posts: "Heard rumors of a split into two companies ( midstream company and a oil company) or both being bought out. Anyone hear anything?" "Anyone hear any rumors about atr takeover?" See, Cal123, my posts are opinions based on facts I have read. Yours were blatant admissions of hearing a RUMOUR. This was not an educated opinion formulated on public disclosure, it was a claim that you had heard information not related to anything released to the public. If my opinion affects someones buying, that is not illegal, unless the information is intentionally falsified and is not public knowledge. If you rely solely on my 300k estimate and my assessment of PF's labour without doing your own due diligence, I am hardly responsible, as they are opinions, not RUMOURS, the ugliest word in the insider trading game. Admittedly, what you posted is probably not illegal, but if I were you, I would refrain from such posts in the future. I think you need to be lectured like a snot nosed little kid.
