Article on Mine Development/Stock PricesHere's an interesting generalized analysis of the phases of development of a mining operation, and it looks as if we are now back to level 5 to level 6, on the included chart. Tried to pick some up at a limit price yesterday near the lows, but no soap. My bid was ignored by MM's in US on OTC/BB, LOL.
