Insiders

InsidersI know that most of you on this board are aware of the facts, but I thought it might be a good time to provide a refresher. Insider ownership: 41.8% Owen Pinnell ownership: 14.5% Amount of Owen's insider portfolio in ATR: approx. 30% (greater than any other insider investment he currently has) There has never been an insider sale with this company, and the most recent purchase was at 33 cents. The insiders are accumulating a lot of shares. There is also a non-insider who has accumulated 1.25 million shares, by the name of Lynn David Chouinard (disclosed on tse venture site). Not sure of this person's role in ATR.....anyone know anything?
