Nice package

Nice packageGiven the Company's recent financial woes, sec.reg. investigations, etc. you'd think that the Board (who are supposed to run the company with a view to the best interests of the shareholders) would be cautious about approving a 750K 'consulting' package for Bennett. I don't know how much value this guy can add working 40hrs a week. And his contacts? - - Well, they haven't been of too much value in turning around the sotck price or the company's performance over the past while. Why should they be of continued value going forward. To me it seems that: a. the business has great potential, but b. the bunch in charge are not the best people for the job. I'd love to takeover this company; change its name, change management, and rebrand within the industry. Anyone in the position to provide financing? If their facilities are great, and the shady reputation of the company is preventing them from prospering, a shot of integrity could work wonders. I think the company would benefit from a new set of managers with a new set of contacts.
