TSX Listing

TSX ListingIt seems to me that IVW is not an OZ mining company. It is a Canadian company operating in Australia. It might appear something was amiss if an Australian company operating there decided to list in Canada and not in Australia but if an Australian company bought property in Canada and created a mine here it would not appear suspicious if they chose not to list on the TSX. Without any in-depth knowledge of how these things work however, it would seem logical to me that IVW would stand to gain by being listed in Australia assuming there is an active market for mining shares there. The company has a good story to tell and it would be easily evaluated by investors there. I have worked in an environment where we reported both to the TSE and NYSE and the paperwork was horrendous. Almost a full time job keeping up with quarterly and annual reporting etc. That alone is enough to discourage management people from pursuing the cross listing idea.
