RE: NEWS!!! Clears 20F with USA SEC & Update!!!

RE: NEWS!!! Clears 20F with USA SEC & Update!!!I asked someone else that is in the Enviornmental industry, he's no expert on Enviornmental requirements but thought I would share his reply.... I am not an expert on Environmental Assessment requirements in BC, but it might be the case that no EIR was required for their current work. I had a quick look here: https://www.qp.gov.bc.ca/statreg/reg/E/EnvAssess/370_2002.htm#part6 at the projects that are reviewable by the province, and Sonic's temporary, mobile facility doesn't seem to be covered by any of the definitions of "reviewable projects" As far as the city goes, I don't think they need a permit because they are just moving the soil around on the site and not transporting it: https://www.corp.delta.bc.ca/searchresultpage.asp?topic=Soil+Deposit/Removal+Permit
