I have heard that they are working hard with the auditors to get this completed. But they will not commit on a date since the last few have been missed. Hopefully this week. Also I hope they make the 1st quarter filing a top priority as they can't continue to be late filed and expect investors to take them seriously. I wouldn't be surprised if there was change of auditors for 2005.
