RE: Future Plans?

RE: Future Plans?thomsoni said "In June 2003 Erin knew the original joint venture agreement between Erin and the Serb national power corporation that was signed in 1997 was null and void. This implies they knew their ownership/title to the boron lands was not recognized by the Serbs...Otherwise--why would they submit an application for a concession IF THEY HAD ALREADY EARNED THEIR INTEREST...." Should that be found true, management would have intentionally misled shareholders, since it would have been a material change. The facts will come to light in time. I hope you are wrong. How will they raise funds now? Participants of the last PP will not be too happy at this point and legal action could be next. This week will be most interesting. Time for facts and maybe management should release info that has been hush hush until now. JMHO, bl
