When is it time to walk

When is it time to walk How much more time does this guy need...surely his salary and many trips could not be his motivation to stay on. The longer he stays will surely reflect upon his reputation as a man who just could not deliver to shareholder value.... We need a change now;the president should check his ego and do the right thing for this company.
