RE: a question to everyone

RE: a question to everyone > Seems the longer I follow Solars the less I know. You are not alone Tam > Is the ramp up of transactional business not a focus any longer? Very much so, problem is Tourtek takes long time to implement, long time even too long to therefore ramp up sales. This has been improving, implenattions down from one year to 3 - 6 months, depending on testing, training and recustomisation phase. TT basically only economic for mid sized companies who can afford and demand custom systems. New product Vivo, similar, simpler, less customisable, but much much faster to implement. Micrsoft SQL / .Net platform means in terms of volumes can cope with small and mid sized companies. In medium term this should be a very interesting product as more functionality is added imo. > Are any Tour Tek sales being pursued & what is the status of the one > down in the Caribbean they had a long time ago? Yes as we speak they are, and two waiting on going live. Carribience, a new business startup I don't think ever made it, didn't have their act together last year and not even sure they are trading this year, waste of our time. > Is that still supported? How many people work supporting that? Who > are they & who are the rest of the people in Toronto & what do they do? I don't know everyone in M Does the new product have enough scope to create revenue to move a > 60-70 million share company? The word is actually Products, there are 3 similar ones, TT/SB, Vivo and Speedres. Speedres is the oldest with about 40 clients and about $1Mil income. Current set-up at best can increase sales by about $500K per annum recurring ball park. Not huge, definitely no short tewrm ten bagger or even $1 within a year. > What are the plans to streamline things to get enough revenue to > move the stock beyond 6 cents? As more customisation is added to TT/SB, impleneations become quicker. But main thrust I think will be Vivo. It is a new product designed from the ground up to be web front ended, fast to implement with good links to 2 GDS's for flight booking and good 3rd part payment engine bolted in. > Where is the money just raised going other than to pay bills & what > bills are being paid? Nowhere, that's all it can do it was a tiny amount. 'Creative financing' should raise $500K+ this year. Much of that will go to cleaning up the balance sheet, the latter is making Sales quite difficult. Maybe some additionla techical staff and equipment at Markham (badly needd), and possibley even Vivo if Sales go well. Idle
