RE: ATR Comments

RE: ATR CommentsHello Badger I am sorry to have to correct you but I will. I do not want to get in a arguement with you like you and Cal23 had but I am going to correct you just this once with some facts. Badger said: "5) The taxes thing is actually a good sign. It means they are profitable. Further, they likely have non-capital loss carry-forwards that can be applied in 2005 from their initial start-up year and these carry-forwards are eligible for seven years. Thus, I wouldn't expect tax to be very high at all." My response: On page 12 of the Annual Information Form under the heading Tax Horizon it says that Anterra expects to pay income tax in 2005. Badger I got this from going to the site www.sedar.com Sedar is a site in which (for free) you can get acess of public companies fillings. Remember Badger, that Anterra issued flow through shares and thus the buyers of the flow through shares get the tax benefits. Where did you get your information as it says nothing about your claim of non-capital loss carryforwards? I only asked the income tax question as I wanted opinions on what this will do too earnings grow as it looks like income tax will be paid in 2005 according to the Annual Information Form. Badger said: "6) The $200,000 was not just at Scots Lake and there is belief from the production side this can be expanded." My Response: Again, according to the Annual Information Form on page 6 it says that the whole unbudgeted 200000 dollars was spent on the workover of the Scots Lake disposal well and that the Scots Lake avaeraged 16 bpd for 2004. It really is good when researching to use this Sedar site. Where did you get your information from that this 200000 was spent on more than Scots Lake? I only mentioned this as I wanted opinions on if this seems like alot of money to spend on an area that produced an average of 16 bpd in 2004. Again I am sorry for picking this out but I like to keep to facts(SEDAR) as much as possible rather than opinions. Badger Said: "7) Insiders have not sold a single share yet.....NEXT QUESTION" My Response: I never said in my post that any insider was selling. I only mentioned that "Does 1285000 stock options at an weighted average excerise price of 17 cents concern anybody?" I only stated this as a question on future dilution and I like to look into amount of cheap shares that insiders have acess too and at what price the insiders can exercise their options at. Just somehting I look at when researching a comapany. The 1285000 stock options have a weighted average excerise price of 17 cents. SAgain I never said if this is bad or good. After looking at your post history Badger, I don't want an arguement with you. I just want a clean and fun discussion with people I talk to on the boards. I am used to some wonderful discusiions on Silicon Investor Boards and thought I would try this one. Again, I am sorry if you got offended by any of my comments and I can understand why you can be very defensive. Cheers and happy stock picking!
