I wasn't questioning your trufulness. I was only pointing out that in the past year and one half there have been many things posted on this board by people claiming to have talked to someone or received an Email from someone. Even if true, I don't believe these commumications would hold up in court. Sending you an Email is not the same as issuing a public press release. Information sent to you in an Email is not likely to cause a million or more shares to change hands but a public press release often has that affect. You, as an individual might be able to initiate a law suit against the sender but I don't believe that a group of shareholders could file a law suit based on an Email sent to a single individual. This is only my opinion.
