RE: FactsSure he had every right to do what he did. It just doesn't look good to investors. When the BOD's own none of the company, how much confidence does that show? I would think not much. The options they were offered at the AGM are worthless. I am sure they will be re-priced. I doubt very much in the next 10 years you will see the price anywhere near 7.48. Unless you see a BIG turn around in the company....and I mean big. Right now it's fairly priced and perhaps has a stable payout ratio. Might as well hold now. If anyone notices a BUY from any of the BOD please post. Thanks!
