RE: financials out...trading under navI can't believe these guys are trying to sell their NAV based on possible reserves! Who the heck does that. It takes away a lot of their credibility. Makes them look like they are trying to mislead investors into thinking the share price is well below the NAV, when in fact I think it's above the proven and possible NAV price. If I hadn't bought so many shares, many well above the current price, I would be selling them off. Of course, I would have done this some time ago when AEI first published their year end reserves and were touting their possible reserves in their NAV clculation back then already. Maybe that's one reason why National Bank and TD have been selling off so many shares.
