North Shore Uranium Ltd. is a Canada-based company, which is engaged in the exploration for uranium deposits at the eastern margin of Saskatchewan’s Athabasca Basin. The Company conducts its exploration programs on its two properties, the Falcon Property and the West Bear Property. The Falcon Property is located approximately 35-kilometer (km) east of the former Key Lake Mine and the active Key Lake uranium mill which processes ore from the McCarthur River Mine. The West Bear property consists of five mineral claims totaling 4,511 hectares located at the eastern edge of the Athabasca Basin which hosts two producing uranium mines.

RE: Nice to see a small increaseYou misunderstand me. Yes, there is no doubt that a deposit of this size will be developed. And, yes, it will have to be done with a western miner. And yes, too, that the market is placing a near zero value on what is a world-class deposit in Eritrea in the valuation of Nevsun. It would have been nice, though, for Nevsun to be the operator and to retain the major stake in the Eritrean deposit. The government's actions and their effect on the stock price plus the unresolved political issues in Eritrea have greatly reduced the likelihood of that happening. So Nevsun will probably have to raise a few million dollars at $2.50/share to finish the feasibility study in Eritrea and then sell control to a major. We will still get an excellent return on our holdings but this company will not become a major with a large Eritrean operation, which appeared a likelihood before September of last year.
