Seriously speaking , all narcotics should be legalized and put on the stock exchange with Uncle Sam as the distributor . At least 25% of the profits from the business should be injected in rehab centers . There's no point in hiding a problem . Recordnize it and then control it, otherwise the cartels just end up getting more powerful . I call it a problem because Uncle Sam doesn't have control over it and lacks educating people on the topic . Canada can't legalize marijuana because they signed a deal with the USA for a certain amount of years guaranteeing that no law would pass agreeing to legalize marijuana in Canada . It has something to do with free trade .The USA knows that if marijuana is legalized in Canada then they will have even more people sneaking it in the USA from Canada . If you calculate it ,1 pound of marijuna in Canada goes for in between $1000 and $2000 . Now take that same pound from Canada and it is worth between $2000 and $4000 USD . Look at what happened when they agreed to free trade with Mexico ! How many tons of cocaine have been sneaked into the USA from Mexico since then ? Hundred's of millions of tons !!! It rediculous ! But if it works that way it must be because the most powerful men in this world want it to ! Who is more powerful than the government as a whole ? Nobody ! So if we have drugs being sneaked across our borders then it's because they want it to happen in my opinion ! Come on with all the gagets they have today to detect any wrong doing ,how come TONS still make it through ? Some will sell their own kids for the almighty dollar ! Please let's change the subject . This world is corupt and some agree to it being that way unfortunately because they can be bought unfortunately .
