Someone please explain why MTM

Someone please explain why MTM...is falling day after day? I just dont understand how this can be such a frustrating stock to witness it in freefall. It doesnt make sense. Then again the market always knows and assigns a true value for the marketplace. So why is the market dumping MTM? Please explain... I am hoping to bu back in at .20 or so but I need to know this even has a future beyond .20c level.
