RE: Proxy vote-EhYouYou voted exactly as I have, but after having said that I would be willing to bet my MMM shares that both of those items will pass. It seems the company is trying to improve their image, but that should have been done over a year ago when there was interest. Building on momentum is much easier than starting all over again from the bottom of the pit!
