RE: NAV

RE: NAVThere seems to be a bit of a disconnect between the Nav and share price. This is good news for those who buy under $13.00 as I suspect that the bad news may be over for this unit and the last wave of conservative panic sellers wash through the market. Because this is so thinly tradred the volatility is magnified. However one's cash out in 2008 is based on the NAV and if this can now hold its own on a purchase made now it spells a nice ongoing stream of income and a capital gain in 2008. Will be adding to my holdingds at this level as closed today at $12.11.
