RE: Wow

RE: WowThey are not bozos just somewhat incompetent. They have an outside firm (Statestreet) that does their third party independant NAV calculation and what do you know!! Statestreet f'd up and put wrong numbers in a spreadsheet some time ago and only just noticed it. This led to a reduction in the NAv of 17%- ouch - hence the panic selling. I asked Lawrence if they did a due diligence calculation of their own which likely would have found this error when it occurred but to date have not recieved a reply. I believe they owe a responsibilty to investors in this security to compensate. No reply on that one either. This will certainly tarnish Lawrences reputation if they sit and do nothing. I suspect that those with large holdings will be p'd off and calling their lawyers if they haven't already. Should be fun.
