It is a fictional personna used by serial spammers.
They are becoming more prevalent on these boards, and left uncontrolled will eventually destroy this site as they have done to Raging Bull.
If you click on the link to the spammers name, you will see the multiple posts by this one handle at one minute increments.
I strongly suggest that if you are bothered by these tactics, submit a TOS report to StockHouse.
It is very easy to do. Just use the report link at the bottom of the page.
