RE: AMEX ListingAmex rules are fairly relaxed these days. I don't think Entree meets standard 1 or 2, but I do think it would qualify under Standard 3.
That standard imposes no long-term time restraints, and only calls for 400 public shareholders and a little ongoing market cap.

History of operations 2 years
