Why don't you simply read the Telus offer carefully for the first time. But make sure that you take off your TWU sunglasses first! Or did you simply throw the offer away into the garbage when Telus sent it to you and now you can't read it?

Where did you pull this 'fact' from? I am certain that you are way off on this one, but at least you are consistent!
Based upon my own personal experience and observations whilst in the workforce, I would expect that well over 80% of workers would not quit if they were transferred to another location. The younger they are the closer to 100% you will get.
After the first few moves you sort of get used to it. And remember that this is how many of the Jone's in the rest of the world (outside of the TWU) live their whole working years.
