RE: Where's the Fear/Risk Premium in UX?Quote: "If [the Russians] decide to scrap the 'Megatons to Megawatts' program, Ux price is going to the sky!" In fact, back in the summer of 2004, the Russians announced they would be selling a smaller amount of Ux from dismantled weapons then originally planned: https://www.globeinvestor.com/servlet/ArticleNews/story/CCNM/20040616/0616132n With the looming energy crisis just on the horizon, I wouldn't be surprised to see the Russians scrap the "Megatons to Megawatts" project altogether, for both economic and strategic/military reasons. Plus, with Putin in charge of the country, who's going to stop them??? cheers, yellowcake
