Hans I would tend to agree with you about waiting to spin off, but this situation is unique. The problem is Victory, unlike the other two properties I think it has the potential to vault this company into a takeover target very quickly. Titan has not really captured the market's attention yet. (although it's the reason I'm here) Elephant is still very grassroots. If we get any more results from Victory that are in the range of what we have already, someone (Debeers, BHP, Rio) will have to pounce on RGZ, the problem being they would get Titan and Elephant for free. So an early spinoff may not be such a bad idea.
