RE: I'll keep buying

RE: I'll keep buyingspeaking of buying. I've taken the public SEDI filings and looked at the pres./ceo's buying since inception. As I calculate it just over $500,000 to date has been put into assembling just over 3.2 million shares. The purchases have been spread between a direct holding (1,330,000 shares) and a wholly owned private company (1,897,200 shares). The direct holdings have been courtesy of founders shares, 2 private placements and what appears to be 3 open market purchases. The privco (Pinoil) holdings have been done with 2 private placements and 34 open market purchases. Direct holdings appear to have a cost base, not including any commissions of just under $0.12 Pinoil holdings -- not including commissions paid to CIBC house #79 & not including the flow through benefits -- have a cost base of just over $0.19 For an illiquid stock I'm wanting to think that the patient accumulation is probably for a planned reason. The 34 open market purchases done by Pinoil account for 991,200 shares. Pinoil also participated in two flow through private placements (500k @ $0.20 and 335k @ $0.30). QUESTION THAT SEEMS TO STILL BE OUTSTANDING IS "WHY?" Suspect that the answer at some point will probably be "Buy low, sell high". To date just the buying side of the picture has been present.......
