Be prepared to be locked out a long time

This is exactly what management wanted from the beginning. I worked for Telus for almost 25 years. Actually it was Ed-Tel, then AGT, then Telus. You don't need all the employees anymore, you didn't need all the employees 10 years ago. Contract the work out and join the 21st century.
