Realism at wed

Realism at wedAs wed approaches production notes of realism creep into their program. I like to see that. They said previously that the ppp(pilot plant panels) arriving on the scene was a necessary if not sufficient condition for a partner to commit. Evaluation of the results will take some time but the decision point for the partners is getting close as the ppp will be out shortly. At some point soon it will be yea or nay. Remember that wed want it to be nonexclusive so there may be a number of partners. They spoke previously of giving an exclusive time window to the first one. A commitment in early 06 for example gives from one to almost two years to get a plant up and running in 07. Sounds real to me. Again the Chinese could be a big player in this.
