RE: Who will be in competition?

RE: Who will be in competition?I would have thought that the only way the Serbian gov. could ignore Ras Borati Ltd would to have taken away the concession granted to EPS for the exclusive rights to all mineral exploration and development in the Baljeval area.If they had removed the concession this would basically make Ras Borati an empty shell (no claim to boron) but by removing the concession they wouldnot have the rights to the coal in the area that they need for their electrical power plants. So that leads us to Ibarski Rudnici that mines the coal for EPS and is also part of EPS.So where does that leave Ras Borati? Is the concession granted to EPS still valid? Lots of questions and no answers.
