I think a JV / Takeover is imminent

I think a JV / Takeover is imminentHere's an excerpt from HMSL's news Friday : "The Company also continues to undertake a number of initiatives with respect to generating the necessary capital required to execute its therapeutic protein strategy. These activities include advanced discussions with strategic and financial partners in addition to initiatives to raise the requisite funds by way of the capital markets" OBVIOUSLY, the company needs money and there's risk associated with them being forced back to the market for capital. I have a really hard time believing that management wouldnt opt for a JV or Takeover bid as opposed to continue independently. The overriding tone from the Prometic conference call suggested that something exciting is imminent. IT ALL MAKES SENSE... Prometic leads us to believe that one or more of the major current fractionators is interested in purchasing Hemosol.... It makes sense from a strategic perspective that any one of these majors would benefit significantly from this aquisition of both technology and capacity. In my opinion, the fact that Hemosol is now saying that they are in "advanced discussions with strategic and financial partners" is very encouraging for both Prometic and Hemosol.
