One answer...Wescorp has pledged to the Vasjar shareholders all the Vasjar shares as security to guarantee Wescorp’s performance under the share purchase agreements. Management has taken steps to deliver free trading shares to the Vasjar shareholders and it anticipates that this will be completed in the month of September 2005.
