If you actually believe what you write, then you should be very happy with TELUS new contracting out proposal... If TELUS can simply stop work that is no longer required (like Janitorial) they would do it... They cant (read article XXII p.35).... Yes as of July 22 they are out of it, but only with an imposed contract... prior if TELUs had a 2 man CO in East Post Hole BC, they had to have a TELUS janitor.... Today, they dont.
