First Noranda is to be merged with Falconbridge. They would like all loose ends tightened up,reason for the legality. Phil is correct and more so as there is now a bigger pot for litigation on water run off and injury from such water,acids,arsonic etc. Simply they could find themselves responsible for every cancer,medical issue with the water in the southern northwest??? If this rio had a brain but what green weenie does,they would be after the Noranda issue and I would support as most Americans, make them pay for the healthcare.Sue the new company,you morons. Phil is correct as Why would we want to be even closely affiliated with this issue.Plus his sound judgement on the bridge,building, insurance,upkeep etc.
