Most company's have the authority to issue an unlimited number of common shares and its up to management to ensure proper liquidity....This allows them to split it later on to increase liquidity when we are trading at 200.00 per share. You would need 20,000 to buy 100 shares. So split 10 for 1 increase the liquidity. I think its forward thinking on the part of management hahahahah LOL.....
