Crow I have tried to post factual information only to have those very facts called into question, even when the facts were backed up. I have been lied about, as has Neeley and numerous others. To many of us try very hard to correct lies spread on the board by a few. That is the confusion. I know the terrain involved and the problems involved. Neeley does as well. So do Tom and Norm, who spend a lot of time there not far from the site. The purpose of the bashers is obscure, but they are definately trying to do damage to FCO. They are using any falsehood they can to accomplish that goal. Fact: FCO has access right this very minute. The only thing they are doing with Noranda is working out details on expansion of the existing road to make it safer once the begin building a mine. Noranda wants compensation for that expansion plan. In order to fix the price, it has been suggested that a team be formed to fix the price. Judge Heardon has ruled that setting up that team is premature until FCO is ready to actually begin further development. Fact: There is no problem at Blackbird with arsenic. FCO will not be the largest producer of arsenic or even close according to the EPA. There will be no action on the part of the State of Montana regarding the transportation of concentrates from Salmon to Kellog, because such action is not legal under interstate commerce. What the bashers are doing is floating red herrings. They have been called on them, but keep bashing and they are the ones who then call names and keep the cycle going.
