All I have to do is start at the begining; "I am not about being negative - just putting out all the facts. This is something you cheerleaders do not know how to do!!!!! You just pay Nesbutt to put out more garbage and hype and call it the truth. You say all of things I have brought up is not an issue I say it is. We will see." First the name is Nisbet, the wierd spelling is mindless. Second, I do not work for Formation Capital, do not recieve money for posting here so who is RIO trying to claim is 'paying' me? Cause last I checked, I have a real live job and its not related to this site or to FCO. Then what 'hype' have I ever posted? I do not post stock prices or expectations for them. I have posted facts related to resources on a property I have worked on. I have posted facts related to environmental liabilities, to access work accomplished and to thte rest that I am very well acquinted with from the ten years I spent working at FCO. So tell me, DGK, is it 'garbage' that I have causght Rio in lies? He posted that arsenic production from the ICP would be the highest in North America. I posted the link to EPA's TRI which showed pretty conclsuvely that the statement he made was false and could only be either a lie or a statement made in ignorance. Rio replied that he was well aware of the TRI, so ignirance then became a non-issue, he was lying and was admitting the lie. Neeley nailed him on arsenic standards and the lack of any credibility on them related to tailings at Blackbird. I nailed him on water, both on arsenic and on his claim that Acid Mine Drainage occured at either the ICP or at the Blackburd Mine. I nailed him on his claim that the judge would not grant access and rather than acknowledge how correct I was on the issue, we get continuing statements from Rio that they have no access, when the drillers are driving up to the drills across Noranda ground every day now. So what we have is a man who has been proven to consistantly lie on this site. You ask that we continue to discuss his lies. Why? Do you figure that your liar riogrande is worthy of any further effort? Why are you cheering on a proven liar?
