RE: Share exchange

RE: Share exchangeWill Debums buy out Kensington....maybe....maybe not. What's the rush. They are still in exactly the same position they were in yesterday or last year. 42.5% of the joint venture. What? It might cost them alittle bit more money just to be sure? hmm...Doesn't sound too crazy. After this merger, there will be one target instead of 2. This will make it easier for Debums or whom ever to do the eventuall takeover. We all know there are others interested. Something will definately happen...Someday...How far away..who knows. Companys don't spend billions foolishly. That's why there are all these steps from grass roots to building the mine. Forest Gate is a junior to these juniors. FG has kimberlite and diamondiferous kimberlite, that's great. But they have a lot of work to do. If shore or debums or whom ever were to buy out FG they would only offer a small premium to there current share price. If they find something on their huge southern property on the other side of the river then that changes every thing. They could be an equal to these giants of the juniors. Leaky said 80% of the kims have daimonds. I think it's actually 70%. Anyway doesn't matter. The odds they have economic kim is the question. That's 1 in a 1000. I hold their stock too, so I am hoping they do well. There problem is they are moving very slow. The Dizzy was dicovered in what? 2003? Kaiser talked of Kensington being able to bring news to the market soon. I think he has forgot about shore. They have concentrate being analized as we speak. Newmont wants more stock. How and when is this going to happen. Last time the bought stock our share price hit $7.50. I think the merger works well here. I think both stocks will see some movement higher on "new" news and again after Oct. 27(or before). I still think it comes down to Shore. If the star proves to be economic (grade and most importantly at this point tonnage)and there is a mine then the Debums Jv will be mined. That fast tracks things. If some how it's not. Then Debums will probably sit on it untill it is economic. And it will be at some point in time. Even a short time ago as 10 years the oil sands in Alberta were to cost way too much money to get the oil out. It was absurb. Now it's the next best thing. Anyway that's my 2 cents, roughly. Sitting back and watching the show. Impressed at how relaxed 98% of the longs are! Congrats.~TAYLOR~
