RE: Crystal Ball time ..CP

RE: Crystal Ball time ..CPWhile I have seen majors do deals above the market in the past I have NEVER seen them do a deal with that much of a difference. Someone would get fired if they did a deal like that even if he stock was worth $15 a share. The other thing you have to question is WHO is really selling this stock. I believe it's the insiders inspite of the insider reports. There are ways around that as we all know. It is no coincidence that everytime there is pressure on the stock that an annoucment about a financing just happens to come out around the beat up price. If you have watched over the past few years everytime Canaccord has started pounding away at the stock there has been a financing within months. So, using your logic, why is the company willing to dilute the stock and diminish shareholder value if they have a $10 stock in the bag? How realistic does that sound to you. Again, I'm not saying these things to argue with you, in fact with what I own I hope you are right more than you can imagine. But, I have been around this business for more years than I care to admit and my statements are based on those years of experience. If ever there was a time I'd love to be wrong, it's on ASD, and I will shout I was wrong with a huge smile on my face. But, let's not forget where the stock was a year ago and what has transpired with absoutely no benefit to anyone except the insiders.
