I don't get it

I don't get itHey micro, you know what I don't get? Pennyplenty and his other "merger supporters" are new to our board. They are obviously AAO shareholders, if not IR people. They are manifestly supportive of the merger, even anxious. They are getting frustrated with anyone who questions the merit of the merger. Here's what I don't get - if AAO is so wonderful and has such a bright future, why in the world do AAO, pennyplenty and friends need us? They obviously need us/want us quite badly. Doesn't it follow from all of this that the more they need us, the more skeptical we should be about the proposed merger?
