The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration, and development of its resource properties. Its project includes Piskanja. Piskanja is located in a historical mining region with infrastructure for mining, including roads, rail, electric power, experienced miners, and others. The site is situated 250 kilometers (km) south of Belgrade, Serbia, accessible by paved roads. Lithology at Piskanja is typical of sedimentary basins, primarily consisting of shales, marls, and limestone, with two primary gently undulating borate beds. The mineralization is primarily dense, compact colemanite with some ulexite. The Company’s subsidiary is Balkan Gold Corp.

RE: ExcitementI believe that the best bidder will get the concessions. I don't think they will worry about one company getting more than 1. If they can show the documentation and prove that the bid is superior, then they will not have a problem. This is not the case we had in Macedonia where the best bid (Erin's on the SASA Mine) was disqualified for outlandish reasons. I will say this(and is simply my opinion). I would not be jumping up and down in excitement if Rio Tinto got one of the other concessions because I believed that the Serbs would not issue them another. It is now simply a wait and see scenario. Place your bet on Black or Red and spin the wheel.... I am still long in a big way and hope Tim can pull this off. I trust Tim and management, it is the Serbs I have a little trouble with.
